Our vision for Kings Langley
Following Dacorum Borough Council’s Planning Committee’s resolution to grant the Outline Planning Application (reference 25/00143/MOA) for land north of Chipperfield Road, Kings Langley, Hill Residential is now bringing forward detailed proposals for new homes, an educational community space and green open space.
The detailed application, known as a Reserved Matters Application, will set out the finer detail of the proposed development such as the layout, appearance of the new homes and Farmstead, including building materials, and details of the proposed planting.
